All classrooms are a standard American school size and may accommodate up to 23 students. The rooms are air-conditioned and modern.

The school library contains over 10,000 volumes. The facility is large and comfortable.

There is a science laboratory, art room, music room, full size soccer field, basketball court, volleyball court, a covered area for PE classes, weight-training room, and an Olympic-size swimming pool. Classroom areas are also provided for special programs in EAL (English as an Additional Language), student support services, Arabic, and French. 

KAS is well equipped with 2 up-to-date computer labs. The school network enjoys high-speed Fiber-optics connection to the World Wide Web. KAS is a one-to-one laptop school from grade 3-12. iPads are used in grade 1 and 2.
