Diverse student body
Over 200 students representing 35 different countries are enrolled at KAS in Nursery through Grade 12. Many diplomatic missions have selected KAS as their school-of-choice.
 

Small class size and student-teacher ratio
The average class at KAS has 15 students. The school has a 7-to-1 student-teacher ratio which provides for close supervision and monitoring of student progress.


Well-maintained campus
Located on the outskirts of the Amarat area of Khartoum, KAS buildings and grounds are well-maintained with green spaces and lush vegetation. The campus includes two soccer fields, a volleyball court and two basketball courts as well as shaded play areas for all children.


Parent Governed
KAS is an independent, not-for-profit school and is governed by a School Board that is elected by the parents.


English-as-Second Language (ESL) Program
There is special instruction for students needing help in English language, taught by qualified and certified ESL teachers.
