Diverse student body
Over 200 students representing
35 different countries are enrolled
at KAS in Nursery through Grade 12. Many diplomatic missions
have selected KAS as their school-of-choice.
Small class size and student-teacher
ratio The average class at KAS has 15 students. The school has a 7-to-1
student-teacher ratio which provides for close supervision and
monitoring of student progress.
Well-maintained campus Located on the outskirts of the Amarat area of Khartoum, KAS
buildings and grounds are well-maintained with green spaces and lush
vegetation. The campus includes two soccer fields, a volleyball
court and two basketball courts as well as shaded play areas for all
children.
Parent Governed KAS is an independent, not-for-profit school and is governed by a
School Board that is elected by the parents.
English-as-Second Language (ESL)
Program There is special instruction for students needing help in English
language, taught by qualified and certified ESL teachers.
University Placement KAS has an outstanding record of placing its graduates in excellent
universities in the USA, Canada, Asia and Africa.
Outstanding Expatriate Teachers KAS recruits experienced teachers from the USA, Canada, UK and other
nations.
