Counseling services are available to all students at KAS. This is achieved in a variety of ways including individual and small group support, guidance and advisory class work, and career and college preparation.

As the counselor, I work collaboratively with the teachers, advisors and administrators as a member of the school team to support the emotional, social, physical and academic well-being of the students from Nursery through grade 12.

As parents you are most welcome to call for an appointment to discuss any concerns you may have or any concerns that arise throughout the year. I look forward to working with the students in our school this year and I look forward to meeting each of you.

Career and College preparation is supported from Grade 9 to 12.  This year, Ms Coleen Komorowski has joined the Counseling Department to help facilitate the college application process.   She is available to discuss the process as well as individual student concerns with students and parents.   Feel free to call for an appointment.
